Tara is a lecturer at the Applied Studies College in the University of Bahrain. She is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and a Mentor on the New to Teach program. She previously worked in Microsoft as a marketing coordinator. She obtained her M.Sc. in Business with IT from the University of Salford in the UK. Her teaching and research experience include sustainability and corporate social responsibility, social media marketing, entrepreneurship, ecommerce and marketing management. She has developed numerous numbers of courses. She is also actively working with Injaz programs that mentor students to obtain entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
