Noora is an Assistant Professor in Information Systems, University of Bahrain. She obtained both her PhD and MSc in Information Systems from the London School of Economics. Her research is in the areas of public and private sector collaboration to support digital business ecosystems, ICT project implementation in the public sector of Bahrain and Dubai, global formats for e-government, and the relationship between ICTs and institutional change in the GCC’s public sector. Prior to this, she was a teaching fellow at the LSE for Masters courses on ICT in the Public Sector and Management of IS. She is currently teaching similar topics at UOB and has established and taught the e-Government course in the Masters of Public Management program offered jointly by the University of Bahrain, Aix Marseille Universite and Ecole National D. Administration. She is one of the earliest members of MENAPAR which aims to establish a network of researchers in public administration in the region.
